Episcopal Health Ministries offers training in parish health ministries and parish nursing.

New Directions Ministries
New Directions was created in 1973 when a joint committee of the General Convention involved with small churches formed the Leadership Academy for New Directions (LAND). The Academy was created to train church leaders and to promote effective ministry in small churches, principally in rural settings. New Directions was formally incorporated in 1981 and since that time has functioned with an elected board of directors. The board represents a broad spectrum of the Episcopal Church.
