How can I find an evaluation tool to use to evaluate our priest?

- Per Pam Ramsden in the Church Deployment Office:

“I can recommend an excellent tool for what we call ‘Mutual Ministry Review.’
The idea of ‘evaluating’ the Rector has been replaced by a more collaborative
look at ministry as a common effort.  Here is an excerpt from this resource to
explain the new thinking in the church today:

‘Mutual ministry is a radical reframing of the idea that strong individuals are soley responsible for the well-being of the whole community.  The individual approach has often resulted in clergy isolation and burnout, or blaming—either of the community by its clergy, or clergy by the community.  The ‘strong individual leader’ approach also misses the abundant talent available to the community when ministry is seen as a common effort.  All members of the Christian community, not just the ordained clergy, are called to be ministers.’”
