The Office of Congregational Development hosts two opportunities each year for diocesan congregational development staff to consult with one another.  These opportunities are intended for those who are considered by their Bishop to be the contact person and/or expert for congregational development issues for their diocese.

The conversations are built around relevant and pressing topics by the attendees of the most recent meeting. The meetings typically take place over a two-day period, with an opportunity for more casual conversation over meals together. The meetings offer the rare opportunity for diocesan congregational development staff to gather with colleagues facing similar challenges and opportunities. They also serve as an education forum, utilitizing consultants and persons with experience with the topic when appropriate.
