James: “We should be more inclusive of young people in the Episcopal church in every way, as well as to encourage diversity.” Cole: “I’d like to see more support in developing ways to get more young people in the church and keep them there, not just financially, evangelically as well.” Brooks: “The Church should prepare young people to take over in the future in every possible way. We can’t afford to neglect our young people.”
