Washington National Cathedral will celebrate the state of Delaware on June 15 at 11:15 a.m. as part of its Major State Day services.
The Eucharist will include:
Invited Delaware religious leaders;
Invited Delaware elected officials;
An opening procession featuring colorful banners carried by acolytes and youth from Delaware churches and houses of worship;
Plus guests of Delaware serving as bearers of the communion elements and gifts to the poor.
