This week's intensive program will center on in-depth study of selected texts from Matthew's Gospel, using the Year A lectionary as a guide. We will correlate these scriptures with contemporary social justice concerns, including issues generated from the mission contexts of participants. This week is ideal for those preaching or teaching Year A texts as well as for pastoral and social ministry workers wanting to reground their work in scripture.
