Poetry addresses that part of us that is willing to feel deeply into life's questions and hopes. As such it not only nourishes our spirits but invites us to deeper relationships with the Divine. In this retreat-style workshop we will reflect on selected poems from such poets as Mary Oliver, Thich Nhat Hanh, Denise Levertov, Rilke, Rumi and various others. Individually and together we will read, meditate, write and pray with poems that open the doorway to prayer.
