NAGA will again prepare the Lord�s table for the daily Holy Eucharist during the time that General Convention is meeting in Anaheim. We will need volunteers every day!

The dates for General Convention are July 8, 2009 through July 17, 2009 and  Holy Eucharist will be held each day. The UTO Ingathering Service, which will be the largest of all the services, will be held on Sunday, July 12, 2009.  

Additionally, we will unpack all the vessels and vestments and set up the liturgical space on Tuesday, July 7, 2009.  After the closing service on July 17, 2009 we will reverse this process, pack up all the articles and send them back to the church headquarters in NYC for use at the following convention.  

NAGA will be doing all of this in concert with the Diocese of Los Angeles Altar Guild.  We welcome all of NAGA�s members and members of the Diocese of Los Angeles Altar Guild who would like to volunteer for these services.

We will send everyone a confirmation notice with all the necessary information closer to the date of the convention. If you wish to sign up after you arrive in Anaheim, and IF there are available places left, we will gladly add your name. We will try to make this experience available to everyone who wishes to participate.  This will be a special opportunity for all of us to serve our Lord together.
