A taste of missionary life

11/04/09 Each year the Episcopal Church sends Young Adult Service Corps (YASC) missionaries to serve in churches and organizations throughout the Anglican Communion in places like Colombia, Tanzania, Hong Kong, the Philippines, South Africa, Honduras and Haiti. The missionaries serve in a wide-range of capacities -- farmhands, teachers, translators, computer technicians -- and live in rural and urban settings. In this video YASC missionaries who have recently returned to the United States share their experiences living and working abroad.
