 Does it Fit - Vocational discernment conference for people of color ages 18 – 35 – At the State University of the South , Sewanee, TN – June 1 – 4, 2009

 SOUL conference goes to General Convention – Spiritual Opportunity to United and Learn – A leadership conference for high school youth and young adults ages 18 – 30.  Conferences are held each year alternatively.

 Black Clergy Leadership Institute (BCLI) – An annual meeting to bring a diverse group of clergy together to focus on leadership development in areas such as Administration, Conflict Management, Problem Solving and self care. – September 2009.

 Sudanese Leadership Institute (SLI) – A new focus to engage Sudanese clergy and lay ministers in conversation on Episcopal Church polity, theology, and subjects on leadership – September 2009.

 Women in Ministry – A gathering of lay and clergy women for fellowship, and teachings on women in leadership in the church. – November 2009.
