They are an interfaith organization committed to active nonviolence as a transforming way of life and as a means of radical change. FOR educates, trains, builds coalitions, and engages in nonviolent and compassionate actions locally, nationally, and globally.
Institute for Peace and Justice (IPJ)
An independent, interfaith, not-for-profit organization that creates resources, provides learning experiences, and advocates publicly for alternatives to violence and injustice at the individual, family, community, institutional and global levels.
Kids4Peace
Programme for Christian-Muslim Relations in Africa (PROCMURA)
The Program for Christian-Muslim Relations in Africa is the oldest and pioneer interfaith organization in the continent of Africa, with a specific focus on Christians’ relations with Muslims. Founded in 1959, PROCMURA is dedicated to promote, within the churches in Africa, 1. Faithful witness to the Gospel in an interfaith environment of Christians and Muslims; 2. Constructive engagement with Muslims for peace and peaceful coexistence.
Religions for Peace
Religions for Peace is the largest international coalition of representatives from the world’s great religions dedicated to promoting peace. Active on every continent, it creates multi-religious partnerships to confront the world’s most dire issues: stopping war, ending poverty, and protecting the earth.
